Captain Mario Francisco Juliano TRAINING CONSULTANT-DECK
Captain Mario F. Juliano completed his studies receiving BS in Marine Transportation and MS in Shipping Business Management from Philippine Merchant Marine Academy. He has more than eighteen years’ sea experience in Chemical and Product Tankers. Captain Juliano has more than 12 years working as a crewing manager and almost 10 years as a Nautical Training Manager at Wartsila Land and Sea Academy SBFZ. He has also experience working as Project Manager/ Instructor/ Assessor/ Course Developer at IDESS Maritime Centre (Subic) Inc. He has attended a lot of domestic and International Seminars.
C/E Michael L. De Guzman TRAINING DIRECTOR – ENGINE
C/E Michael L. De Guzman is an experienced Chief Engineer on electrically controlled engine for 5 years working on Wartsila Sulzer RT Flex and MAN ME Engines. He is a member of a Technical Team for New Buildings Design on RT Flex Electronic Engines for Bahri Ships. C/E De Guzman is an alumnus of the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy. He has been in the Maritime Education for 8 years serving the industry in his capacity as Instructor, Assessor, Supervisor as accredited by the Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) and Course Developer. He is also a Certified Trainer of Mitsui-Man B&W ME Engines; a certificate holder of IMO Model Courses 6.09, 3.12 and 6.10; and has acquired academic units and currently studying MBA at the Cavite State University.

C/O Auron A. Miniano has received his Bachelor Degree in Maritime Transportation from the Asian Institute of Maritime Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Pamantasan Lunsod ng Pasay. He completed his academic requirements for his MA in Maritime Administration from the Asian Institute of Maritime Studies. C/O Miniano has a professional license for Chief Officer and OIC NW from PRC MANILA. He has a sea service experience and many years’ experience as an instructor, since he is STCW accredited for MLC, SSBT, ECDIS and SDSD Courses.

2/O James Andrew Enriquez has a BS in Maritime Transportation and earned his units in MA in Maritime Administration from Asian Institute of Maritime Studies. He has professional licenses as 3rd and 2nd Officer and almost 3 years sea experience. He is accredited for IMO Model Courses No. 6.10, 6.09 & 3.12 and JRC, INTERMARINE & TRANSAS Accreditations for Specific Type for ECDIS and Harmat as well. He has four years of teaching experience in Asian Institute of Maritime Studies.
Capt. Joselito T. Amahan – TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
Capt. Joselito T. Amahan is an alumnus of the University of Cebu (UC) and John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University (JBLFMU) where he obtained his degrees Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation and Masters in Maritime, respectively. He also obtained a degree in Education major in Supervision and Administration at JBLFMU, Ilo-ilo City. Capt. Amahan has more than two decades of sea service records as ship officer starting his stint as 3rd Officer in 1991 and as a Ship Master from 2001 and onwards in varied vessel types to include Oil Chem, Chem Oil Prod, and Crude. He started his career as Training Instructor / Assessor at NPMTCI from March 2016 up to present. Prior to his employment with NPMTCI, he also served as the Owner’s Representative of Evalend Shipping Tanker and Bulk – Greece with local office at Bright Maritime Corporation in Manila. Capt. Amahan is a certificate holder of IMO Model Courses 6.09, 3.12 and 6.10.
Capt. Ramon V. Padilla – TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
Capt. Ramon V. Padilla has a degree in Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation completed at the Philippine Maritime Institute (PMI) in Manila. He is a well-experienced ship officer having more than two decades of sea service mostly in oil tanker type of vessel. Capt. Padilla started his career as a Training Instructor Renaissance Training Center from March 2015 – 2017 handling STCW and in-house courses. In March 2017, he joined the NPMTCI team as Instructor / Assessor and teaches STCW as well as in-house courses up to the present. Capt. Padilla is a certificate holder of IMO Model Courses 6.09, 3.12 and 6.10.
Capt. Mario G. Malibiran – TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
Capt. Mario G. Malibiran has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Transportation completed at the Philippine Maritime Institute (PMI) Colleges in Manila. He is a former Assessor for Practical Examination in MARINA. Capt. Mallibiran is a certificate holder of IMO Model Courses 6.09, 3.12 and 6.10 qualifying him to handle STCW and in-house courses. He joined NPMTCI on January 2016 and still currently employed as Instructor / Assessor.
C/E Loreto A. Tanamor – TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
C/E Loreto A. Tanamor is a well-experienced ship officer having served the Philippine Navy for 9 years and with at least 4 years sea service as Chief Engineer. He completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering at the Naval Engineering School of the Cavite Naval Base. C/E Tanamor handles engineering courses with the required certifications for IMO Model Courses 6.09, 3.12 and 6.10. He joined the NPMTCI as Trainor / Instructor on April 2016. He is also connected with Far East Maritime Foundation, Inc. as Instructor / Assessor.
