Nautilus Pacific Maritime Training Center Inc., is committed to provide all its trainees quality services that are consistently under STCW 2010 as well as to comply with the rules and regulation issued and imposed by the Philippine Maritime Industry (MARINA). It is likewise the aim of NPMTCI to exceed its clients' expectation through continuous improvement of NPMTCI Quality Management System; thus professional “Par Excellence” training services.
This commitment aims to safeguard the professional leadership of the Filipino Seafarers in the international shipping community. In order to achieve such commitment, NPMTCI developed its quality policy and procedure in line with the Standard requirement of ISO 9001:2008. NPMTCI shall ensure through its vision and mission to uphold its name and reputation by means of meeting its commitment in providing quality training to its trainees.
NMPTCI, is likewise fully committed to achieve the highest standard of training provision services which intends to remain at the forefront of its established field of business with the objective of continuous improvement through innovation and dedication to a Quality System of Management and working practices, which require the full commitment and participation of all NPMTCI employees. In order to achieve this high Standard of Service NPMTCI had adopted ISO 9001:2008 as the model for its Quality Management System.
NPMTCI, is not only committed to provide the highest standard of Quality Training but to become a hub of providing information to all its trainees, pertaining to the latest update issues and information from Government administrative bodies, such as MARINA, TESDA and POEA.
